This versatile deep fryer is ideal for use in the professional kitchen. You can easily fry up to 1,1kg of fries in this fryer, which has a capacity of 13 litres. Besides fries, you can also fry many other types of food such as vegetables, snacks and other appetizers. The fryer has a handy drain tap so that frying oil can be changed easily and safely. At the bottom of the pan is a removable grid that ensures crumbs don't block the oil outlet. When changing oil, simply place a container under the tap and open it. Wait until all the oil has drained into the pan via the tap and then close it.

Electric deep fryer with cold zone

You can precisely set the temperature with the help of the thermostat offering a range between 50°C and 200°C. This electric deep fryer also has a cold zone. The advantage of a cold zone is that the oil stays fresher for longer. This is because the oil beneath the heating element, which is a few centimetres above the bottom of the pan, becomes less hot. Crumbs that sink to the bottom then burn less quickly, so you can keep frying in the same oil for longer. Furthermore, the fryer is equipped with a removable lid and a heat-resistant handle for safety reasons. The rubber feet also ensure that the pan stays in place.

Cleaning with hot water
