The controls are simple and intuitive. With the 'Power/Temp' button you choose whether to set the power (levels 1-10) or the temperature (60-240°C). The temperature can be adjusted in 20°C steps. Power and temperature are linked: level 1 equals 60°C, level 2 equals 80°C, and so on. The display light shows your chosen setting immediately. The rotary knob has three clear positions: 'low', 'medium' and 'high'. With the on/off button, you can stop the appliance instantly without residual heat. The clear digital display and rotary knob make switching between power and temperature modes fast and user-friendly, ideal for busy commercial kitchens.

Strong performance and built-in safety

This induction wok heats quickly and evenly. For extra safety, it switches off automatically after 4 hours. If it overheats, you will hear an alarm, see an error message, and the appliance will stop.
