Thanks to the grooved surface, this contact grill is extremely versatile. Both the top and bottom plates are grooved, which creates the characteristic grill pattern on the food. This contact grill is highly suitable for use in any professional kitchen and, thanks to the high-quality materials, can withstand intensive daily use.

Setting the exact temperature yourself

With this grill, the heat is distributed evenly, so that food is heated evenly. The durable construction ensures that the grill will last a long time. You can set the precise temperature yourself, using the variable thermostat, up to 300ºC. The indicator light shows exactly when you can start cooking. The contact grill also has a drip tray to catch fat. Both the housing and the handle are made from stainless steel.

Cleaning with the included brush

This contact grill is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel housing. After you have finished using the appliance, switch it off and unplug it. Wait a moment until the plates have cooled down, but are still warm to the touch. With some warm water and a brush, remove any residue. To avoid scratches, make sure you do not use any aggressive cleaning products or clean the plate with a scouring pad. The contact grill comes with a cleaning brush for this purpose. Afterwards, dry the plates with a soft cloth and the contact grill is ready for the next use. The contact grill stands on rubber feet for extra stability.
