This stainless steel counter freezer has three doors and behind each door is a grid that is height-adjustable. It has a digital display, an auto-defrost function and wheels for easy moving. Every kitchen needs a freezer to keep food frozen and fresh. This counter freezer has a double function; you can store your frozen vegetables, meat, fish and icecream in the freezer section. Flexible layout 

This professional counter freezer has three robust stainless steel doors with a height-adjustable grids behind each door, offering plenty of useful storage space. It is possible to create more sections by adding more grids in the freezer. They can be ordered in our webshop. Because the grid has a 1/1 GN size, it is also possible to slide GN bins into the guides. That's handy if you have loose products to store. 

Ventilated cooling system

This counter freezer is very energy-efficient with it's ventilated cooling system and anti-defrost cycle. The ventilated cooling system insures that the cold air is evenly devided in the freezer. Also the grids let the cold air circulate through the freezer. The counter freezer also has a automatic defrost function. This means that the counter freezer gets defrosted every six hours. The gained water will be drained to a drip tray and prefents frozen walls. The protective insulation of 6cm makes sure that the cold air stays in the counter freezer. 

Smart features

The solid doors are equipped with heated door rubbers, to avoid freezing. Also the doors are self-closing; they are equipped with magnetic door seals to make sure that cold air doesn't escape. The digital controller shows the temperature of the counter freezer and with the arrow keys you can set the desired temperature. You can set the temperature precisely within the range from -18 to -22ºC. The counter freezer has four wheels, so you can easily move the heavy counter freezer around. The front wheels are equipped with brakes preventing the counter freezer to move while you are working with it.    

Counter freezer cleaning

Although the freezer has an auto-defrost function, it's good to regularly clean your counter freezer. It ensures a longer lifespan of the counter freezer and that the device freezes perfectly. Unplug the counter freezer and remove all grids and GN bins. Use hot water and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the counter freezer with a soft dampcloth. Clean all loose parts the same way. Dry the counter freezer and loos parts thoroughly with a soft cloth, to prevent ice forming. Install the accessories and start the counter freezer again. The exterior can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate.
