This professional extra-large deep fryer with an oil tank capacity of 30 litres is suitable for intensive use in the catering kitchen. It has a large frying basket with a removable lid, a thermostat and a timer. The cold zone keeps your oil longer fresh, so you don't have to change it so frequently.

This deep fryer with a capacity of no less than 30 litres is a welcome addition to any bakery, fish shop, fries shop and other catering establishment. You can easily fry large portions of fresh fish, fries, spring rolls and other snacks in one go. The fryer has two heating elements that you can control with the precision thermostat. Simply choose a temperature between 50°C and 200°C. The orange indicator light shows when the oil is at the right temperature and the products can be fried. This deep fryer works on 400V power.

Oil change with the drain tap

With a maximum capacity of 30 litres of oil, a handy drain tap can be indispensable. With this professional deep fryer, you can easily change the oil by placing a large container under the tap and opening it. As soon as the fryer is empty, close the tap and dispose of the old oil in a designated waste container. When working with high temperatures, safety is essential. That is why this deep fryer comes with a removable lid to prevent oil splashes. The appliance is also equipped with overload protection. Thanks to a cold zone, frying oil doesn't need to be changed as often. In this system, the heating elements sit just above the bottom and the oil remains colder underneath. This prevents crumbs from burning quickly and keeps the oil fresher for longer.

Simple cleaning with soap and water

Thanks to the stainless steel housing, this extra-large fryer is easy to clean. When old oil has been removed, you can wipe the bowl clean with a paper towel. The parts are all removable and can be cleaned with a gentle brush and warm, soapy water. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. After cleaning, dry with a soft cloth.
