Suitable for placement in a cooking line

Using this robust griddle, grill food on the smooth, 15mm hardened stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The plate is set into a watertight recess. A practical 1,5 litre drip tray and splashguard to prevent oil spills make this griddle safe to work with. Temperatures can be set between 50 and 300ºC with the safety thermostat. If you work with a cooking line in your kitchen, this griddle fits in perfectly.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional griddle is no problem at all. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
