In any catering kitchen, appliances sometimes suffer a lot from intensive daily use. A stove is a good example of this, as it is one of the most frequently and heavily used appliances you can find in a commercial kitchen. This stove from our "heavy duty" Cooking Range 700 series has been designed to handle anything you throw at it.

This gas stove is equipped with four burners and is ideal for use with several large pots and pans. The pan carriers are made from heavy cast iron so they can take a beating. You can easily place this professional stove within a cooking line. The ergonomic design takes practical use into account: the large round buttons and a wide handle on the oven door are easy to operate even when wearing oven gloves.

Electric oven

The heavy-duty oven works on an electric current (400V). The spacious oven chamber is made entirely from stainless steel and has a chrome rack with three levels for 2/1 GN containers. Just like the stove, the oven also has a safety thermostat which can be used to set temperatures within the range from 100 to 300°C. This also protects it from overheating. The oven door is made from 4cm thick stainless steel and is easy to open, thanks to the wide handle.

Easy cleaning

Both the stove and the oven are easy to clean, thanks to the smooth finish. First, turn off the stove and let it cool down after use. When it is still a little warm to the touch, you can wipe down all the smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water and a little bit of a mild detergent. The cast iron pan carriers can be cleaned with a sponge.
