Meat Mincer - up to 320kg/h

This robust and professional stainless steel meat grinder can grind up to 320kg of meat per hour. The blades and plates are made of hardened steel and it can grind both forwards and backwards. The grinding section can be removed for thorough cleaning. Ideal for butchers, restaurants and catering kitchens.

There is nothing better than homemade minced meat from the butcher or fresh hamburgers and pâté from a restaurant. With this powerful meat mincer, you can prepare large quantities of ground meat in no time. The opening in the bowl on top is 8cm, so you can effortlessly produce up to 320kg of minced meat per hour. It's ideal for butchers or larger professional kitchens. Besides meat, you can also grind other ingredients, such as nuts, vegetables and cheese. Would you like to make sausages with a good stuffing? That's no problem either because you will receive a sausage stuffer of Ø 20 mm so you can make sausages with it too.

Two positions: forward and backward

Various parts of this meat mincer are made from stainless steel, such as the housing, bowl, spiral and screw ring. The knives and plates are made from hardened steel. The following accessories are supplied as standard with this meat mincer: a 2cm sausage stuffer, a food pusher, two cross blades and two plates with holes of 6 and 8mm each. The meat mincer can also grind in two directions: both backward and forward. The mincer is very easy to operate. Simply attach the required disc and then turn on the device. Using the stopper provided, push the meat towards the blades. When the meat has been ground, you can collect it all in a container or bowl.

Quick and easy cleaning

When working with food in the kitchen, good hygiene is essential. Thankfully, this professional mincer is easy to clean. The entire grinding section can be removed in one go to facilitate cleaning. Clean the parts with warm water and a mild detergent. Be careful, some parts are very sharp. Make sure that once everything is clean, the parts are dried before you put them back in the machine. In addition, the meat mincer is equipped with rubber feet so that it remains stable in place while you are grinding.
