With this planetary mixer with 20 liter mixing bowl you can mix up to 10kg of dough. It has three different speeds and several safety features like safety switches and a protective guard. The planetary mixer has a cast iron housing with a scratch-resistant coating and a stainless steel mixing bowl.
This robust planetary mixer is equipped with a sturdy stainless steel mixing bowl of 20L. Whisking, kneading and mixing can be done at three different speeds: 105, 180 and a top speed of 408 RPM. With the included whisk, beating egg whites is an easy task. Both a dough hook and a batter wing are included with this professional planetary mixer. The metal gears ensure effortless kneading and mixing of any kind of dough and batter. This high-quality dough mixer is easy to operate, thanks to the separate start and stop buttons.

You can easily process up to 10kg of pizza dough in the large stainless steel mixing bowl. Thanks to the stainless steel protective grill that encloses the mixing bowl and the integrated double safety switch, this device is very safe to use. In addition to pizza dough, bread dough is also easy to knead using this product. It can knead a minimum of 2kg and a maximum of 7kg of bread dough. After kneading, you can easily lower the mixing bowl with dough or batter using the lever.
