With this planetary mixer with 60 liter mixing bowl you can mix up to 30kg of dough. It has three different speeds and several safety features like safety switches and a protective guard. The planetary mixer has a cast iron housing with a scratch-resistant coating and a stainless steel mixing bowl.

With this robust planetary mixer, including a 60L stainless steel mixing bowl, you can knead, beat, mix and stir at three different speeds: 74, 150 and 288RPM. The planetary mixer is supplied with an dough hook, batter wing and a whisk. This makes it essential and highly suited to kneading dough, mixing batter, beating egg whites or whipping cream. Even with large quantities of ingredients, this mixer does not disappoint as the belts ensure that any type of batter or dough is mixed perfectly.

Large amounts of dough and batter

Kneading and mixing in large restaurant kitchens, canteens, bakeries and pizzerias is difficult without a high-quality planetary mixer. This device easily processes 30kg of pizza dough and 24kg of bread dough. The minimum amount of bread dough that can be kneaded is 7kg. Thanks to the powerful motor and belts, the dough hook moves through any batter or dough effortlessly. When the bowl is filled with dough, it can easily be lowered after mixing using the lever on the side.
