Enjoy working with infrared

It is always a pleasure to work with an infrared heating system because it ensures a direct heat transfer from the hob to the pan. This way, you never have to wait long for your pan to heat up. The heating element in this infrared hob consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30cm and, thanks to that depth of 90cm, it can handle plenty of larger pans. The ceramic cooking surface is 6mm thick and can withstand heavy pans. The glass plate is set into a sealed monoblock top so you don't have to worry about spills or leaking.

To cook at the precise temperature, you can use the thermostat to set temperatures between 50 and 300°C. Both zones can be set separately. In addition, the hob is equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, as well as a warning light that remains on as long as the hob is still warm.

Easy cleaning

The top is welded seamlessly and the housing is made entirely from stainless steel. Together with the smooth surface of the glass plate, cleaning the cooker is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After you have washed and dried all the surfaces again, the induction cooker is ready for its next job.
