With this rack conveyor dishwasher, you can wash a large amount of dishes throughout the entire day. You can insert baskets of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the basket gets moved through the machine with the conveyor belt. This is ideal for use in restaurants, hotels and canteens, especially during busy times of the day.

This rack conveyor dishwasher is ideal for cleaning large amounts of dishes, specially during busy times of the day. The racks with dirty dishes slide quickly and easily through the rack conveyor machine for a complete wash that leaves them clean and ready to use again. This commercial dishwasher has the capacity to clean between 60 and 120 racks per hour. It can be extended with a stainless steel table with rollers on the right side of the dishwasher. 

Designed for commercial use

The wash temperature of this dishwasher is 60°C and the rinse cycle is 82°C, which helps everything dry faster. It's also a very quiet machine, operating at less than 65dB. This dishwasher uses 160L of water per hour. It has a control panel that is IPX4 protected, so water can't get behind the easy-to-use buttons. The rack conveyor dishwasher comes without a rinse and soap pump. The following accessories have been included: a 50 x 50cm glasses basket, a 50 x 50cm plate basket and a supply and drain hose to connect the appliance to the water supply. No drain pump is included because the water runs off naturally.

Easy to use

It is important to first rinse the dirty dishes with a tap to remove any food pieces. Then, fill the rack with the dishes and slide it through the protection curtains. Switch on the machine and the machine will start loading water. During this stage, you can see the filling light flashing on the display. Once the water reached the correct level, the filling light will turn off and the display will show the temperature of the boiler and the washing tank. The machine will heat up, and the lights will turn on when the set temperature has been reached. After this, you can place the basket at the entrance of the machine. The basket will attach to the basket conveying system and once it is inside the dishwasher the washing programme will start.
