Stirfry safely

This freestanding model is suitable for placing on a table or countertop. It has an easy-to-operate touch panel with LED display. You can set the temperature between 60 and 240ºC. During cooking, you also can set the timer between 0 and 180 minutes to prevent burning. The timer can also be read from the LED display. Working safely with this wok burner is possible thanks to the built-in overheating protection. In addition, the safety lock ensures that the appliance can be used and stored away safely.

Easy to clean

This professional induction hob is easy to clean, thanks to its smooth surfaces. Take a microfibre cloth, some warm water and a mild detergent to clean it with. The fibres of a microfibre cloth are very soft and do not scratch the glass plate. Never use scouring pads to clean induction hobs. When wiping the induction plate, make sure to include the edges and avoid streaks by wiping the appliance dry with a soft cloth.
