This robust pasta cooker is made from stainless steel and, thanks to its smooth surfaces, it's easy to keep clean. The baskets are removable and can be cleaned separately with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse the baskets well before replacing them and wipe the housing dry with a soft cloth
