This stainless steel counter freezer has four doors and behind each door is a grid that is height-adjustable. It has a digital display, an auto-defrost function and wheels for easy moving. The counter freezer keeps your frozen meat, fish, vegetables etc. at the perfect temperature, indispensable in the professional kitchen.

This beautifully finished four-door freezer workbench offers ample freezing capacity and an ergonomic worktop. The freezer workbench has four height-adjustable shelves and self-closing doors.

Adjustable grids

This counter freezer comes with four 1/1GN-sized grids and matching guides. The grids have a raised edge that prevents products from falling off at the back or freezing against the back wall. The grids also ensure that the cold air can circulate well and products freeze evenly. The guides of the grids are adjustable in heights of 5 cm. This allows you to choose the height at which you place the grids. You can expand the number of grids by ordering more on our website. You can replace the grids with Gastronorm trays or add several Gastronorm trays. In that case, make sure to order guides as well.  

Energy-efficient

Despite its size, this counter freezer is energy-efficient. First, the walls have an insulation thickness of 6 cm, so the cold air is retained and the freezer freezes perfectly even at an ambient temperature of 32°C. The display is easy to read and the temperature can be set outside between -18 and -22°C. The doors are self-closing using a magnetic door seal, preventing cold air from escaping. The heated door rubbers avoid freezing. This counter freezer also has an automatic defrosting function that starts every six hours, preventing frozen walls. The ventilated cooling system ensures that the cold air is well distributed.

Transportable freezer

Despite its weight, this large counter freezer is easy to move with the six wheels placed under it. The front wheels are equipped with a brake, so you can lock the counter freezer and prevent it from moving. The stainless steel worktop provides space for several people to simultaneously prepare meals, such as delicious desserts. Finally, the ice is stored behind one of the doors of the counter freezer. So all ingredients are within easy reach. 

Cleaning the counter freezer

Despite the auto-defrost system and the self-closing doors, it's still handy to clean the counter freezer regularly. This ensures a longer life for your freezer and everything stays clean. Cleaning is easy; turn off the freezer and unplug it. Clean the inside and all loose grids and GN bins with hot water and mild detergent. Once you have cleaned everything with a soft cloth,  dry everything thoroughly. This will prevent ice from forming again. When the inside is clean, clean the outside with a damp cloth. Replace the grids and GN bins and turn the counter freezer back on.
