This double deep fryer is perfect for frying large amounts of fries and snacks. Thanks to the two 11 litre tanks and large baskets you can fry double the amount of fries or snacks in one go. The deep fryer has separate thermostats, a cold zone and is easy to clean.

Electric frying with this double deep fryer allows you to fry twice as many snacks in the two 11 litre containers. Waiting is a thing of the past as you can prepare a portion of fries and other snacks at the same time. Thanks to the precision thermostat, both fryer temperatures can be set individually, choosing a temperature between the range of 50°C and 200°C. The deep fryer also features an orange indicator light. When the light switches off, the oil is at the desired temperature and the food items can be added.

Changing oil less frequently

Changing frying oil can be a time-consuming chore. Thanks to this deep fryer's cold zone, the oil stays cleaner for longer and needs to be replaced less frequently. This is because the heating element hangs slightly above the bottom, so the oil underneath becomes less hot. Crumbs that fall to the bottom burn less quickly and the oil remains fresher. This professional deep fryer is additionally equipped with removable lids and heat-resistant handles. Rubber feet also ensure that the deep fryer does not shift during use.

Cleaning with water and a brush

The deep fryer is made entirely of stainless steel and is very neatly finished with rounded corners. This makes cleaning the appliance a great deal easier. Before you start, remove the plug from the socket. Take the parts out of the fryer one by one. If there is a lot of oil and fat residue, you can let the parts soak in hot, soapy water. After soaking, clean everything neatly with a gentle brush and warm, soapy water
