With a double capacity of two 16 litres pans, customers will never have to wait long while you prepare twice as many snacks at the same time. The deep fryer also has rubber feet so that it's sturdy and stable when used. The temperature of both heating elements can be adjusted separately, thanks to the precise thermostat. Temperatures between 50°C and 200°C can be set to the exact temperature needed.

Quick oil changes with the drain tap

When the oil needs to be replaced, it can be done easily thanks to the handy drain tap. Work safety is a must in any professional kitchen. During frying, temperatures can rise to 200°C and oil splashes can result in serious burns. That is why this electric deep fryer comes with two removable lids so that you can cover the oil while working. This compact table model is also equipped with overload protection for additional safety. There is also a cold zone that's created because the heating element sits just above the bottom of the pan. Here the oil underneath remains much cooler, ensuring that crumbs don't burn and the oil stays better for longer.

Stainless steel ensures quick cleaning

Stainless steel was the obvious choice when creating this deep fryer and all parts are therefore easy to remove and clean. Simply wipe the outside clean with a damp cloth. Oil and fat residue can be loosened by soaking the removable parts in hot water. Then clean everything with a gentle brush and hot, soapy water.
