This professional fryer has a removable lid that covers the bowl and prevents oil splatter. Thanks to the heat-resistant handle and the ergonomic design of the deep fryer, you can be confident that you are working safely. The fryer is also equipped with rubber feet for extra stability. As a compact table model, it is perfect for placing on a countertop or table. It also features a cold zone with the heating element suspended approximately 2cm above the bottom. Since the oil beneath the heating element stays cooler, crumbs burn less quickly which keeps the oil fresh and doesn't need changing as frequently.
