Stainless steel splashback
The temperature of this electric griddle can be set between 50ºC and 300ºC. This allows you to prepare different products at different temperatures. The griddle is also equipped with a handy temperature indicator. When the light goes out, you know you can start cooking. Because working safely is very important in a professional kitchen, the griddle is equipped with an overload protection. The high stainless steel splash guards around the griddle prevent oil splashes. The electric grill is also very user friendly. You just switch it on with the on button, grease the grill surface and wait until the right temperature is reached before grilling.
Easy to clean
The stainless steel housing and drip tray make this electric griddle easy to clean. Coarse residues can be removed with a brush or scraper, while stubborn dirt is easier to remove by heating the unit to 75°C and pouring some water on the grill surface. It is, however, advisable to wear gloves. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used to wipe all parts beautifully clean. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional grill stands firm and stable during use.
