The temperature of this electric griddle can be set between 70ºC and 300ºC. This allows you to prepare different products at different temperatures. The stainless steel housing and drip tray make this electric grill easy to clean. Coarse residues can be removed with a brush or scraper, while stubborn dirt is easier to remove by heating the unit to 75°C and pouring some water on the grill surface. It is, however, advisable to wear gloves. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used to wipe all parts beautifully clean.
