This powerful professional heavy duty fryer works on electricity, is made for daily intensive use and can be used in a cooking line. With a capacity of 12 litres and a handy tap, this deep fryer is the ideal solution for the catering kitchen. It fits perfectly in a 700mm deep cooking line.

This electric heavy-duty fryer is specially designed for use in large kitchens, chip shops, hotels and cafes. You can use this deep fryer in a cooking line and expand it with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door. The top is welded seamlessly and the monoblock deep fryer has a capacity of 12 litres for frying large portions of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products.

With a pilot flame

This powerful fryer can be set to a temperature between 60 and 190ºC. Thanks to the ergonomic and hygienic design, it's a user-friendly appliance to work with. Furthermore, the deep fryer is equipped with a pilot light. The deep fryer also features a drain tap for easy removal of frying oil. The deep fryer comes standard with a stainless steel lid and frying basket.

Easy cleaning

All parts of the fryer are made from stainless steel. In combination with the rounded corners, this ensures easy cleaning of the appliance and better hygiene. The stainless steel housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frying basket and the lid can be soaked in warm soapy water. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth and the fryer is ready for use again.
