With this powerful Heavy Duty deep fryer with two frying pans you can quickly fry large quantities in the professional kitchen. The deep fryer has 2 x 12 liter containers, two frying baskets and works on gas. The drain tap makes it easy to clean or change the frying oil.

For intensive daily frying, use this heavy-duty fryer with two frying pans. The durable construction ensures that you can keep frying with this cooker for years. Thanks to the heavy-duty components, the deep fryer can stand up to a good deal of wear and tear. This gas deep fryer is specially designed for use in large and busy kitchens and can be placed in a cooking line. The deep fryer can be placed by itself on a counter or table, but you can also order a stainless steel support, with or without a door. The deep fryer has a capacity of 2 x 12 litres and the top is welded seamlessly. The fryers are processed in a monoblock.

Works on LPG or natural gas

Thanks to the tap, you can easily and quickly replace old frying oil. When deep frying large portions of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products, you can work safely thanks to the pilot light and the built-in safety valve for gas with a thermocouple. Because each product has a different frying temperature, you can set the safety thermostat of the fryer to a temperature between 110 and 190ºC. In addition, this deep fryer is suitable for frying on LPG or natural gas.

Includes lids and frying baskets

The deep fryer comes standard with stainless steel lids and frying baskets. The rounded corners on the inside of the fryer are made so that no dirt can accumulate. This makes the appliance easy to clean. With a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent, you can easily wipe everything clean.
