The appliance has a short heating up and cooling down time, and can be used during busy moments in any catering kitchen. The glass plate on top of the induction hob is of a very high quality. Together with the robust stainless steel housing, this induction plate will last for years.
Adjust temperatures with precision
As induction hob works slightly differently to a normal one as you need specific pans. As soon as you put the pan with a flat bottom on the hob, the magnetic field becomes active and the hob heats up. Cooking on induction isalso very safe because the plate switches off when you take the pan off the hob. In addition, you can accurately set the temperature between 60 and 240ºC. This way, dishes are heated evenly throughout. The timer is adjustable between 0 and 180 minutes and can be read from the LED display.
Equipped with an overheating protection
This robust induction hob comes with with a protection mechanism to prevent overheating. And, thanks to the safety lock, you can store and use the appliance safely. Cleaning is also easy with a microfibre cloth, water and a mild detergent, such as dishwashing liquid. The microfibre cloth prevents the glass plate from being scratched. During cleaning, make sure you also clean the edges and wipe the induction plate dry with a soft cloth to avoid streaks on the glass.
