To make the pizza prep fridge complete, it is possible to order a separate top-mounted refrigerated display case, so that you also have all the toppings for your pizza on hand. This premium kitchen appliance also comes with stainless steel supports to hold the GN containers, although the containers and lids themselves are not included. These can be ordered separately through the webshop. It does come with wheels and a brake for easy movement.

Behind the two stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf so you can customise the layout exactly how you want to. It is also possible to order additional shelves and add them in where needed. Next to the cooling system are seven drawers for dough that is not actively cooled so it's ideal for letting pizza dough rise. This prep fridge works best at an ambient temperature of 32°C. It has a cooling system that includes a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a foamed-in evaporator on three sides and uses the refrigerant R290, which is CFC-free. The cooling cycle works to ensure that ice formation is kept to a minimum and. Using the digital thermostat, you can set the temperature between -2 and 10°C.
