You can easily control this induction griddle plate using a rotary knob with clear temperature zones: 'Low', 'Medium', and 'High', covering a range from 80°C to 300°C. You can adjust the temperature in steps of 20°C. The exact temperature appears on the digital display. During preheating, the unit shows 'Heating'. Once the set temperature is reached, it automatically switches to 'Keep warm'. Although the griddle plate does not have a timer, it automatically switches off after four hours. This built-in safety feature helps prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
